Is Nizmio a PMS?
Yes. A property management system is the software a hotel's front desk runs on. Nizmio is that, and the channel manager, housekeeping, maintenance, reports and the nightly posting to your accounts live in the same system. That is why we call it a hospitality operating system rather than just a PMS.
What does it replace?
Your PMS, your channel manager, the housekeeping sheet and the spreadsheet you reconcile at midnight. It does not replace your accounting: Odoo stays, and Nizmio posts each night's journals to it.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes, all of it. Every screen reads right to left in Arabic, and money still reads left to right ("EGP 4,850.00") inside it.
Do we have to keep our channel manager?
No. Channel management comes with Nizmio: your OTAs are connected and managed inside the same system, so moving over does not start with buying a second subscription.
What does migration look like?
Your rooms, rates and future reservations come across with us, before your first live night. Your data stays yours: full export at offboarding, retention set by policy.
